Background/Bio: Born in luchshield scotland he was born into a poor family in the underground houses of run down scotland ruled by dictator luchsesa  he spent his time online in his own private servers researching weapons and science by age 8 he billet a working single shot plasma musket that codent be charged above 25% unless he wanted t to go boom. by 10 he was making full working weopens for a small army of scots that were pissed off with luchsesa and he invented the Revoluton Blaster. when he turned 15 he led a full army of adults and teenagers taking over Luchsheild for the people he made an agreement to leave the rest of scotland but secretly hes waiting for the perfect time to strike

(throws a freezing version of his 8 year old musket set to 100% meaning when it lands it exploads anyone In a close area freezing takes 10 seconds to charge  )

(Concord dashes forward laving atomic salt behind causing 1 damage per 0.5 seconds*)

Ultimate Ability: "Atomic DDT" (Symbol: A snake with a gas mask)
(presses a button that turns the R.B. into a Plasma rocket launcher were it hits it leaves a atomic area of effect for 30 seconds causing 5 damaged per 2 seconds )
